City of Reno Emergency Management Hub

Your one-stop shop for emergency information, regional coordination, and community preparedness.

This page serves as a central hub to guide our community to the most reliable and up-to-date information available. Emergency management is a regional effort. While the City of Reno is responsible for preparedness and response within city limits, we work closely with Washoe County and other local, state, and federal partners to protect our community.

Below, you’ll find quick links to trusted emergency resources, including preparedness guides, alerts and warnings, response efforts, and recovery programs. These tiles link directly to our regional partners and platforms used before, during, and after an emergency.

Whether you're looking to sign up for emergency alerts, prepare your household, or understand how local governments respond, this page is designed to make that information easy to find and use.
