Submitting Planning and Engineering Applications
All planning and engineering applications are to be submitted electronically through our online permitting portal at www.onenv.us. Use the dropdowns below for application forms, checklists, standard agreements, and other resources.
Once an application is accepted, check the application status, pay fees, and more on the ONE Regional Licensing and Permitting portal.
For questions regarding planning and engineering applications, please contact the Development Services Department. For the contact information for the Planner of the Day or information on how to set up a pre-application meeting, visit our Customer Service page.
Warning: Please be aware of fraudulent emails appearing to be from City of Reno, City of Sparks, Douglas County, or Washoe County staff requesting immediate payment for fees. Always confirm your invoices through the One Regional Licensing & Permits portal (Accela) and if you suspect fraud verify any requests by contacting the agency directly using official contact information.
