2025 City of Reno Community Survey

Every two years, the City of Reno commissions a community survey used to identify community perceptions, areas of positive/negative sentiment, and areas the community feels they need attention. The data collected from this survey helps shape the foundation of the City's strategic priorities and sets measurable perceptions around city services. The 2025 Community Survey set a baseline for the insights.

Key Findings

• Over 3,200 responses received 
• 63.6% positive rating of Reno as a place to live
• 56.7% positive rating of Reno as a place to visit
• 51.5% positive rating of Reno as a place to work
• 72.1% positive rating of fire services
• 62.5% positive rating of 911 services
