2019 SUMMER CAMP Payment Plan Schedule


Vacation Station

Camps are available for kids ages 6-12.5 years old - Monday - Friday - 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Evelyn Mount Northeast Community Center - 1301 Valley Road - Reno

  • Multi-Track Break - ENDS July 22, 2019 (year-round weekly camp) Double Diamond Transportation Schedule Info

  • $30 per day or $100 for the Week ($130 for the week with transportation to and from Double Diamond Elementary School - NO transportation when school is closed)

Specialty Camps - 2019 Summer Payment Plan Schedule

Performing Arts Camp 8-12yrs - McKinley Art & Culture Center - 925 Riverside Drive - 7a-6p - $130 per week - This camp provides an opportunity for kids to explore all aspects of productions such as: singing, dancing, performance and directing. A performance will occur for family and friends, Vacation Station and one at Artown. June 17-August 2


Tween and Teen Adventure Camp - 11-14yrs - EMNECC 1301 Valley Road - 7a-6p - $130 per week - This is for the pre-teens and teens who want to experience camps with those the same age. This group will do different activities, while receiving the full experience of existing camps. June 10 - August 9


Leadership Training Class - 13-15yrs - EMNECC 1301 Valley Road - 7a-6p - $100 per week - This camp is a Leader in Training (LIT) camp which teaches participants how to be a leader by shadowing City of Reno camp staff and learning the ropes on how to lead. This is a week-long training camp with
a graduation party. Once the course is completed successfully, participants will receive the LIT
"Red" shirt and can register for any camp if there is an available LIT position at half the price of the camp. June 10-14 - (Must attend all 5 days to qualify to be a leader in training in chosen camp for 1/2 off camp fee)

June 10-14 Calendar - Leader Training Class

LIT Leader in Training - Ages 13-15 - 1/2 the price of the camp attending - Must have attended Leadership Training Camp, graduated and received the LIT red shirt. LIT slots are limited.


Bicycling Beyond Bounds - Beginner Bike Camp - 6-12yrs - EMNECC 1301 Valley Road - 8:30a-12 noon - $100 per week - June 24-28 and July 15-19 (participant can attend vacation station before and after - included in fee) Taught by the Kiwani's Bike Program League certified instructors. Participants will learn how to safely ride a bike and other safety skills. Bring your own bike and helmet, or one can be provided for the week. Must sign up in advance, space is limited.

Bicycling Beyond Bounds - Advanced Bike Camp - 12-17yrs - location to be announced - 8:30a-5p - $150 per week - July 8-12 and July 22-26 (participant cannot attend vacation station)

Financial Assistance (Scholarships) may be available - contact the Administration Office 775-334-2260.

Financial Assistance (Scholarship) applications may take up to ten days to review and process, and must be received prior to camp start date.
