The Neil Road Recreation Center is located in a campus like setting, with other facilities including, but not limited to, a Reno Police Department Substation, the Boys and Girls Club of the Truckee Meadows and the Community Health Alliance. The Miguel Ribera Park, which includes, a rentable park shelter, sports fields and playground equipment surrounds the center.

- Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: Only open for special events and rentals

- Monday - Sunday: 9 a.m. - 11 p.m.
