Water is a great environment for exercise. Buoyancy takes the impact off of leg joints allowing exercises to improve muscular strength, balance and fitness levels. Get high-impact results from a low-impact workout! No swimming skills are required, and an ADA lift is available at all sites. Adults 18+ years only.

Intensity Rating: 1
Relieve joint pressure, soothe arthritis pain, and enhance your range of motion in this extremely low-impact warm water class. This class will help promote movement for the rest of your day and soothe the muscles with light stretches to finish. This class focuses on mobility and will not provide cardiovascular exercise.

Perfect for beginners, this water class features easy on the joints, low impact exercises to warm up the body. This class concentrates on a variety of cardio and weight exercises to build endurance, flexibility, and balance. With simple instructions and a relaxed environment, beginners will find this a good first step in their water exercise journey.

This water exercise class has a blend of body weight exercises, cardio, and resistance training. Use a variety of resistance tools to promote body toning and conditioning. This class incorporates an assortment of exercises and movements to start the day off swimmingly.

A solid, full body workout for all ages. Warms the body up with an assortment of cardio exercises, followed by resistance training and stretching. In this water exercise class, movements are low impact while allowing participants to control the intensity of the workout - all while listening to your favorite tunes!

This class offers a workout that combines cardio and focused strength training. The class is structured with interval training, alternating between high-intensity bursts and active recovery. You'll also learn proper form for water running - a low-impact way to improve endurance. Plus, suspended core training exercises will help to stabilize and strengthen your entire core. Join us for a fun and challenging way to build fitness without the impact on your joints!

Get your fitness on with this weekend class offering. Incorporating strength, stretching, and balance exercises, people of all ages are sure to get in a good workout. The instructor’s kinesiology background and use of circuit training will help you start off the weekend strong and refreshed.

This water exercise class works on cardio, movements to improve your core and body conditioning. The instructor strives to achieve a good balance with the different elements and ends the class with total body stretching. A great full body workout to squeeze in during your lunch break.

This class will give you a full-body workout, starting with cardio, then targeting various muscle groups and ending with cool-down stretching. A more intense water aerobics workout, that can be adjusted to your preferred intensity levels with modifications provided by the instructor.

This water fitness class is an all-over cardiovascular, toning, and muscle conditioning class. It incorporates strength, flexibility, range of motion, all while having fun and enjoying great music.
Water Fitness- Atsuko

Intensity Rating: 4+
Fitness is a splash with this water fitness class that builds cardiovascular fitness and strength. This class focuses on cardio-conditioning and body toning in an easy to follow-along format - utilizing both the shallow and deep end of the pool. Beginners to athletes are able to participate in this class and adjust their intensity level based on the instructor’s expert instruction.
Water Fitness - Deep Water - Kim

Intensity Rating: 3-4
A low-impact, joint friendly workout routine that builds strength and cardiovascular health using resistance exercises and underwater running drills with flotation support. Participants must be comfortable being in water greater than 5 feet deep.
