This interactive tool offers up-to-date insights into Reno’s current and projected housing needs over the next decade. The dashboard is regularly updated to ensure access to the most accurate and relevant data.

Now Accepting Applications: Older Adults Home Modification Program

The Older Adults Home Modification Program is currently accepting applications! Eligible applicants must:

  • Be 62 years of age or older; 
  • Have an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI); and
  • You must own your home, live in it as your primary residence for a least a year, provide proof of ownership (through a current property tax statement or current homeowners insurance policy), and intend to remain in the home for at least two years after receiving free repairs from RTNNV.

Our community partner, Rebuilding Together Northern Nevada (RTNNV), is managing the application process on behalf of the program.
