Senior Resident Advisory Board (SRAB)

The Senior Resident Advisory Board advises City Council, advocates for issues facing seniors, promotes senior activities, events and programs and works to improve the lives of Reno Seniors through board member involvement.

Now Accepting Applications: Older Adults Home Modification Program

The Older Adults Home Modification Program is currently accepting applications! Eligible applicants must:

  • Be 62 years of age or older; 
  • Have an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI); and
  • Occupy the property as their primary residence, and the property must be located within Reno city limits.

Our community partner, Rebuilding Together Northern Nevada (RTNNV), is managing the application process on behalf of the program.

Senior Art Class

Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just beginning to explore your creative side, these free classes are designed to inspire and bring out the artist in everyone. All supplies will be provided. Reserve your spot!

Senior Dance

In partnership with the Washoe County Senior Center, join us for an afternoon of fun and dancing!
