About RCI
Have you ever wondered how your City government operates? Who represents you on the City Council? Or how decisions are made about which streets get repaired or plowed first after a snowstorm? The Reno Constituents Institute will answer all these questions and many more!
The annual Reno Constituents Institute (RCI) provides participants with a unique opportunity to learn about City operations and gain the knowledge needed to share this information with friends and neighbors, helping to enhance our community’s quality of life. RCI is a free, twelve-week program with weekly evening classes.
