The Canyon Flats Video Wall is a video art exhibition space, displaying work from national and international artists in downtown Reno. The City of Reno Arts & Culture Commission has partnered with Canyon Flats Apartments, an off-campus student housing community, to program the Canyon Flats Video Wall. The wall, comprised of nine LED screens that display video as one large image, is located inside a window front visible to the public from Virginia Street. There are two directional speakers mounted on the outside of the building broadcasting sound to passers-by.
The space is intended to be a rotating gallery that shows creative, innovative, and experimental video work.
