Permitting Step by Step
Submit Your Application
All special event permit applications are due at least 90 days prior to your event.
Special Event Review Committee
Upon submission of your application, you will be scheduled to review your event with the Special Event Review Committee. Please note that the review committee may require a follow up meeting to route drive to approve your event.
Receive Permit & Host Event
Promoters must submit payment for their event prior to permit issuance. Permits are issued the week of your event. Host your event and have fun!
After Action Meeting
After action meetings with the review committee will be required on a case-by-case basis.
