Need assistance with your application for development activities or building permits? We are here to help! In addition to calling us or stopping by our counters at City Hall to get your questions answered, we offer several programs to provide additional support and assistance.

Virtual Pre-application meetings are an opportunity for applicants to discuss a proposal prior to submission with the different departments involved in the review process. These meetings serve as a resource for complex development projects and should not be used to answer basic questions on building permits or licensing. Projects that typically benefit from virtual pre-application meetings include:

  • Land development cases such as Master Plan amendments, zoning map amendments, special use permits/conditional use permits, tentative maps, variances, annexations, and abandonments
  • Complex mapping cases for requests such as final maps, parcel maps, boundary line adjustments, or reversions to acreage
  • Building permits that are more than 5,000 square feet, over four stories, or include site improvements

Meetings are typically scheduled virtually on Monday mornings from 9-11:15 a.m.
