The City of Reno currently uses PlanetBids to manage all construction and non-construction Bids, RFPs & RFQs as well as maintain a registered vendor list. Notices of all construction and non-construction bids are sent electronically to registered vendors via the City of Reno PlanetBids Vendor Portal.

You must be a registered vendor with the City of Reno to view and bid on all construction and non-construction Bid Opportunities through the City of Reno PlanetBids Vendor Portal. Potential bidders are responsible for checking these sections regularly to see if any addenda have been added.

The City of Reno seeks qualified concessionaires to provide comprehensive property management and maintenance services for the Rosewood Lakes Nature Study property. This project encompasses the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of recreational facilities and natural preserve areas to serve the community's outdoor recreation needs while protecting and preserving the natural environment.
