Starting at 9:30 am, until approximately 12:30 pm, the following street closures will be in place:

South Virginia Street from Peckam Lane to South McCarran Boulevard.

*** Access to businesses in the 4900 block of S Virginia Street will be directed northbound on Kietzke to Firecreek Crossing, and then eastbound across Virginia***

Kietzke Lane from Peckam to Firecreek Crossing.

Redfield Parkway from Baker Lane to Virginia Street.

The City of Reno’s Public Works Department will be installing reader boards in the affected areas to notify drivers and pedestrians of the travel restrictions.  Residents are encouraged to find alternate routes during the temporary closures.

The men and women of the Reno Police Department greatly appreciate the community’s understanding and patience during these temporary road closures.
