Man Arrested for Exposing Himself to Juveniles

On March 21, 2014 at around 1500 hours Reno Police responded to the area of Veterans Elementary School on the report of a male in a red SUV exposing himself.

This was witnessed by a female juvenile walking in the area.


Approximately 15 minutes later, a similar call was received in the area of Smithridge Elementary School where two additional unrelated females reported that they too observed a subject matching the same description exposing himself while in his vehicle, a red SUV.


Officers checked the area and located a vehicle matching the description a short time later. The driver was contacted, and positively identified by the victims as the suspect in the earlier incidents.


The driver was interviewed by Reno Police Detectives and arrested for three counts of Open and Gross Lewdness which is a gross misdemeanor.

The driver was identified as: BROWN, Roger Furnell Jr (30) of Reno.
