Crime-free HousingThe Reno Crime Free Multi-Housing Program is designed to help residents, owners, and managers of rental properties keep drugs and other illegal activities out of their area. This program is direct and solution-oriented. It is an easy, yet effective, deterrent to crime at rental properties.

The Reno Crime Free Multi-Housing Program workshop is free training open to all owners and/or property managers of multi-housing units in the City of Reno. Preference is given to those who own or manage complexes with 40 or more units.

You can download and mail, email, or fax a completed registration form (pdf) for the workshop. The next Crime Free Multi-Housing Workshop is scheduled for August 25, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 250 Bell Street. Download flyer .

 The Crime Free Multi-Housing workshop shows rental-property owners and managers what to look for, and ways to prevent criminal activity on their property.
