Drop-off location

The location to drop off your Bids and Request for Proposals is the Office of the City Clerk, unless otherwise indicated on the bid documents. Be sure and advise staff that you have documents that must be date and time stamped.

Surplus Equipment Donation Application

The City of Reno is continuing its program of Surplus Property Donations. Miscellaneous Equipment that has served its useful life may be selected to be donated. The City is requesting any non-profit organization meeting the requirements of NRS 372.3261 submit an application so that they may be placed on the eligible list to receive surplus items. The eligibility list shall be approved by the Reno City Council and all donations shall comply with NRS 268.028.

Download an application or contact the Finance Department at 775-334-2080. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on April 2, 2010 at the City of Reno, Finance Dept., 1 East First Street, P.O. Box 1900 Reno, NV 89505. This does not guarantee any donations and the City reserves the right to make donations in any manner provided for by law.
