City of Reno Master Plan process moving forward

ReImagine Reno to receive direction on Design Principles and Citywide Policy Framework

There will be a Joint Special Meeting of the Reno City Council and Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 3 p.m. The entities will discuss ReImagine Reno, the project name of the City of Reno’s Master Plan update.

The entities will potentially take action on the following agenda items:

B.1 - Presentation by Clarion Associates, discussion and potential action by each entity regarding draft Design Principles for the updated City of Reno Master Plan.

B.2 - Presentation by Clarion Associates and Economic and Planning Systems, Inc., discussion and potential action by each entity regarding draft Citywide Policy Framework for the updated City of Reno Master Plan.

More About ReImagine Reno

ReImagine Reno kicked off in spring 2015 and is expected to be completed in fall 2017. Nearly 6,000 people participated in the first round of public engagement.
